Inspired by coastal traditions and the season’s finest ingredients\, each course is designed to transport guests to a sunset dinner overlooking the sea. \nThe evening begins with vine-ripened tomatoes paired with arugula pesto\, fresh mozzarella\, and aged balsamic\, followed by pasta al limone with zucchini\, rock shrimp\, and lemon agrumato.
