Experience an evening of wine, food, and education with one of the world’s only Master Sommeliers, Craig Collins MS, on Tuesday, November 12th at 7PM. Savor the signature flavors of Sea Salt with an exquisite menu prepared by Executive Chef Josh Zeman paired with the iconic wines of Italy.

The menu reads as follows:

Reception – Bollinger Special Cuvée Champagne

1st Course – King Crab, passion fruit rosemary emulsion, asparagus with Poggio alle Gazze dell’Ornellaia, Toscana

2nd Course – Fontina and mushroom tortelli, black truffle fonduta with Masciarelli ‘Marina Cvetic’, Montepulciano d’Abruzzo

3rd Course – Swordfish, sunchoke soubise, porcini mushrooms and foie gras, currant vinaigrette with Luce Della Vite, Toscana

4th Course – Wagyu Spinalis, garlic potato purée, red wine shallot sauce with Ornellaia, Bolgheri

Final Course – Cheese Plate
